Improve your posture and reduce neck strain with Dr. Kyle Murray's 3 step exercise routine to combat Anterior Head Carriage syndrome. Follow along to achieve a healthier spine: ➊ Chin Retraction: Start with your chin neutral, then move it forward, up, and back as if someone is pushing down on your forehead. Hold for 10 seconds, repeat three times. ➋ Supine Neck Plank: Lie on a semi-firm surface, retract your chin, then lift your head slightly off the surface, holding for 5 seconds. Repeat three times, aiming for one-minute holds as you progress. ➌ Thoracic Spine Traction: Use a towel or foam roller placed under your shoulder blades. Hold for 30 seconds, three times, allowing your head to fall back. For added challenge, incorporate Wall Angels, repeating ten times for three sets. Perform these exercises daily for improved posture. Like and subscribe to Atlas Brain and Spine's YouTube channel for more demos like this. Share this video with others who could benefit!
