We flow through sun salutation B next. With each repetition of sun salutation B, a new pose is added until we move through pyramid pose, standing splits, and then a standing balance. Then we take a short standing flow moving from warrior I to warrior III our peak pose. From here, we move into grounding poses including a reclined variation of warrior III using a yoga strap before landing in savasana to integrate the effects of the practice.
