Ingredients; 500 grams beef or lamb mince 1 onion grated 2-3 cloves crushed garlic A couple of slices of stale bread, crusts removed, soaked in red wine A handful of fresh parsley chopped finely (2 teaspoons dry) A handful of fresh oregano chopped finely (2 teaspoons dry) S&P Method; In a bowl place the mince, herbs, grated onion, garlic and wine soaked bread Mix really well for a few minutes, this should allow the patties to form well and you won't need any egg to bind it Make into patties Heat some olive oil and cook patties approx 5 mins each side Serve with chips and salad or use them for hamburgers Enjoy!
