Welcome to this 45 min sweaty side body power yoga flow. Day 44 of the 75 Hard Yoga Challenge. Today we’re focusing on obliques, lateral hips, and the side body strength that makes your balances feel more steady and controlled. In this practice we will: ✨ Start low to wake up the side body and get things firing ✨ Build into side plank variations to strengthen the obliques ✨ Work through standing lateral shifts and asymmetrical balance ✨ Focus on half moon to train control (not just the shape) ✨ Finish with a strong oblique burn before cooling it down It’s sweaty.
