Add sugar cook till water dried out. Add cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios. Dish out garnish with almonds, pistachios and sliver wrap Kharay Masalay Ka Qeema: Ingredients Beef minced ½ kg Oil ½ cup Onion 2 Cloves 10 Cinnamon 2 stick Black pepper 8 Black cumin ½ tsp Cardamoms 2 Green chilies 2 Ginger garlic paste 1tsp Garlic ginger chopped 1tbsp Turmeric a pinch of Salt to taste Coriander leaves for garnish Heat oil fry onion well. add spices in mince cook well. add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and salt cook for 4 minute. Add ½ cup of water cook till minced is done. Add green chilies, green coriander and ginger garlic mix well and left for simmer. Remove and serve. Sweet and Sour Chicken Karahi : Ingredients: Chicken 750 gm Tomato paste 1 cup Oil ½ cup Crushed red chili 1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Chicken powder 1 tsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Black pepper 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp Bell pepper 1 Heat oil add chicken ginger garlic paste sauté well. add 1 cup of tomatoes, salt, crushed red chili, black pepper fry for 10 minutes. Add julienned capsicum, tomato ketchup, chicken powder, soya sauce and honey. Cover cook for 5 minute.
