Continuous controls monitoring (CCM) is an innovative technology that has dramatically improved data quality and productivity for the Development Office at MD Anderson Cancer Center. What began as technology deployed in the Finance function of the institution has been adapted and customized for de-duping donor and acquired name files, and for identifying previously unknown family relationships that have been very helpful for major gift prospecting.
