Today, I’m going to show you how to make mozzarella cheese buns. I really love cheese. Among bread, bread with cheese is always my favorite one. The flavor of the bread can vary depending on the type of cheese, but today I made a delicious cheese bread using mozzarella cheese that everyone would like. Соль 1/2 ч. = Please prepare ✓ Leave butter at room temperature for at least 30 minutes-1 hour to get rid of cold. 1. In a clean bowl, put lukewarm milk, sugar and instant dry yeast and mix well. Rest it for 10 minutes. 2. After 10 minutes, Add the flour and salt in the same bowl and mix well with a spatula. When the dough gathers together, transfer it to the workbench. Add unsalted butter into the dough. When the butter is mixed well without lumps, begin kneading the dough. Use the heels of your hands to push down and outward. If it is getting sticky, add a little more flour. (less then 1 Tbsp) Continue to knead, folding and turning the dough, until it is smooth and supple. This can take as little as 10-15 minutes. Take a small piece of dough and slowly stretch it out in opposite directions. If the dough becomes thin enough to appear semi-transparent before it tears, it’s done. 3. Transfer the dough to a clean bowl and cover the top with a wet cotton cloth. Let dough proof until puffy and doubled in size in a warm place. (Depending on the temperature, the dough will proof in 1 hour, but it can take up to 1,5 hours.) 4. Prepare mozzarella cheese filling. Mix all mozzarella cheese filling ingredients in a clean bowl. Set aside until needed. 5. Bring the dough to the workbench. Divide it into 6 parts and shape each dough into a smooth ball of dough. Put it on a tray and cover the top. Let it rest for 20 minutes in a warm place. 6. After 20 minutes, press the center of the dough using a round flat. And put the prepared mozzarella cheese filling evenly in the center of the dough. Let dough proof until it 1,5-doubled in size in a warm place. (About 40-50 minutes) 7. Before baking, Brush milk to the edges of the dough and bake for 11 to 13 minutes in an oven preheated to 175℃ (347℉). 8.
