You know, you're doing well, and then you have a big binge, and then you exercise in an attempt to make up for it, and then you feel like you're going to be okay because you've just burned off a bunch of calories, and you feel like you're not going to gain weight, and somehow you feel a little less guilty about eating. But is it really effective to exercise right after you eat, because you feel better than if you hadn't exercised, and the exercise actually burned off calories, so if you've overeaten or binged, shouldn't exercising right afterwards actually make you gain less weight?
