Duration: 60 Minutes + Stretch Props: Yoga Block, Balance Pole or Baton, Reformer Box Focus: Moving with control and stability challenges while maintaining core engagement. Difficulty Rating: 4 (intermediate/advanced) Set-Up at the START of class: 1Y Spring (extra-light) Headrest DOWN Footbar DOWN (*if you have an infinity footbar move it all the way to the rear) Long & Short Straps Squishy Pad available Balance Pole or Baton at front of machine on floor Reformer Box LEFT side of machine lined up with carriage Yoga Block on carriage It’s time for a challenge! This full body flow will have you shaking as we move slowly and purposefully through movement sequences that will require you to stabilize in a bunch of different positions. We will be standing, side-lying, kneeling, supine and prone. The yoga block will play multiple roles in this routine, at times keeping you honest and moving with good form, while other times challenging your balance and control! The movement sequences are difficult. I do provide modifications as we move, so if you’ve been nervous to try a more difficult flow, consider trying this class and taking the modifications as a jumping off point. Embrace the burn, embrace the shake and let’s do this! This workout is a solid 60 minute flow followed by a 5 minute stretch at the end. I am here for any and all questions.
