AKA Most boring video on YouTewb. Real time uncut* play through of one of my workouts that I do when I don't have time to go to the gym. I know it's boring so I tried to put music on it to make it a little more watchable lol. I don't blame you guys for cutting out early. For those wondering if this is CROSSFIT CROSSFIT CROSSFIT it's similar but this is just a circuit workout I made up. You guys can just make up something and try and do it too, don't let them try and trademark exercising! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND YOU CAN CREATE THINGS TOO! On days where I am busy I will just warm up, set up, and do this and finish around 15 minutes and that's it. 4 deadlift pushups 3 power clean pushups 2 full clean pushups 1 full clean press pushup 50 double unders 7 rounds, 135lbs, for time *Well not exactly uncut, to those with sharp eyes I put in shots that I filmed afterwards on top of the two full length shots of the entire workout just so I could have more camera angles. Sadly I don't own 9 cameras so I had to do like another 9 sets after the actual workout to get all the shots I wanted. I realized afterwards this is probably why TRAINERS HATE ME BECAUSE I KNOW THIS ONE WEIRD TRICK.
