I did my shoulders and trap workout in my home gym today. All I needed to be able to do this workout was a set of dumbbells. My focus when I train my delts is to be sure that I isolate each of the three heads of the shoulder so that I have well balanced and symmetrical development. Both men and women benefit from strength training and well developed shoulders are essential for the hourglass proportions women want and the v-taper men want. Thank you for the great questions during the broadcast. In this video I demonstrate how I did each of these four exercises today. I did four sets of each exercise below. For anyone just starting out, try doing 1 or 2 sets with light weights.
