Sir or mdm, you want your #beef in rare, medium rare or well done ? Hahaha i prefer medium rare.. soft and juicy !!!! Yup.. i not cooking beef steak.. but i stir fry the choy sum veg with beef cube ... haha let’s go .. Ingredients.. simple n easy. 300g of beef cube, cut ready, garlics 10 clove, choy sum veg 300g or more, 2 table spoon of corn flour and 1 table spoon of black pepper powder ( optional) Sauces... I prefer using LEE KUM KEE sauces !! I using the selected soy sauce, sesame oil, and the dark soy sauce or call cooking caramel. Ready to cook! Marinate the beef cubes. Transfer the cubes into larger bowl, add in the corn flour, then with the Lee Kum Kee sauces, each 2 table spoons, accept the sesame oil. Depends how u crazy about the sesame oil fragrance!!! Cut the garlic into slices, the choy sum, remove the bottom part, due is to hard. Boil a pot of water, add in 1 scoop of cooking oil, the water boiled, make a fast 1... add in the choy sum, count... less then 1 min, remove from boiled water, and reserve. Go to wok, add in 1 scoop of cooking oil, make sure the wok is hot!!! Add in the garlic, stir fry it untill fragrance bloom your kitchen.. then.. start count.. 45 mins.... add in your beef cube and quick stir fry it with high fire. You want the beef in rare.. then fry in only 3 mins. Medium rare 5 mins, well done then 8 mins. Ok i pick 5 mins.. then remove n serve..
