MY BEANS LOADED SPECIAL CHILLI CON CARNE // Healthy Style LIST OF PROTEIN: 3kg Of Mincemeat LIST OF CAN INGREDIENTS: 1) Red Kidney Beans 2) White Kidney Beans 3) Chilli Beans 4) Channellini Beans 5) Butter Beans 6) Borlotti Beans 7) Rosecoco Beans 8) Garden Pea 290g 9) Plum Tomatoes 10) Ben’s Original Chilli Con Carne 11) Tomatoes Passata LIST OF FRESH INGREDIENTS: 1) 3 Vine Tomatoes 🍅 2) 3 Normal Size Onions 🧅 3) 300g Of Carrots 🥕 LIST OF DRIED INGREDIENTS: 1) 3 Cups Of Golden Sella Rice 2) 5 Tbsp Of Coconuts Deciccated 🥥 LIST OF OIL & CREAM 1) 300ml Of Sunflowers Oil 🌻 2) 100g of Coconut Oil 🥥 3) Double Cream LIST OF SPICES & SEASONINGS 🧂 1) 3 Tbsp of Chilli Flake 🌶️ 2) 2 Tbsp of Garlic Powder 🧄 3) 2 Tbsp of Ginger Powder 🫚 4) 2 Tbsp of Onions Powder 🧅 5) 2 Tbsp of Mix Herbs 🪴 6) 1 Tbsp of Jumbo Beef Stock Powder 7) 1 Tbsp of Aroma Stock Powder 8) 1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder 9) Salt To Taste (1 Teaspoon) 10) 2 Tbsp of Paprika 🥰Assalam Aleikum my lovely friends and Families, hope you are all in the best state of health with sound Iman!🥰. This is how I cook the best tasty beans loaded chilli con carne😋 FOOD PREPARATION: Diced the carrots Diced the onion Diced the tomatoes Rinsed all the tin beans under cold running water COOKING METHOD: STEP 1) Put the pan on the heat & After it has heat up add the oil (the sunflower oil or any oil of your choice) let it heat up between 3 to 5 mins STEP 2) Add the diced onions and let it fried for 5 mins or less if you burner flame is high STEP 3) Add the mincemeat & add the spices & mix well, let it keep cooking for 10 mins STEP 4) Add the stocks powder & let it continue cooking for another 10 mins STEP 5) Next Add the diced tomatoes & plum, mix well & continue cooking for another 10 mins STEP 6) Next Add the Ben's original chilli con carne and the passata sauce & 100ml of water, then mix well & continue cooking on medium heat for another 10 mins STEP 7) Next Add the beans, mix well, covered & continue cooking for another 20 mins STEP 8) Next Add the sweet corn , mix well & keep cooking for another 5 mins STEP 9) Next Add the carrot, mix well & keep cooking for another 5 mins STEP 10) Taste the sauce at this stage & add salt if needed STEP 11) Next add the cream, mix well, covered & let it cooking for another 10 mins, this option is for the creamy taste STEP 12) At the end you can either add the frozen or fresh chopped herbs like coriander, pastley etc Alihamdullillah your sauce is ready 🥰 I hope you enjoy the video and learn one of two things from it. do try the recipe, please don't forget to comments, your supports are highly appreciated, thanks!
