Welcome to this 20 minute gentle floor based yoga practice designed to stretch and release the whole body. This class is slow, simple, and grounding, perfect if you’re feeling stiff, low on energy, or just want a softer practice. We stay close to the floor the whole time, moving through gentle stretches to help release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. It’s the kind of practice you can come back to when your body needs a little kindness. Suitable for all levels including beginners. All you need is a mat and a little bit of space.
