The Mini Bakery is specifically designed for grocery stores, and uses robotics and AI to make fresh loaves of bread from scratch. This bread bot can turn out about 10 loaves of bread per hour, allowing customers to know exactly when their bread was made. The Mini Bakery is fully automated, and monitors everything from the water temperature and mixer speed, to the proofer humidity and loaf height. It will even send a message to employees if it needs more mix or if bread needs to be emptied from the cooling cabinet.
