Hari Bhari Mutton CHAAMPS: Delicious mutton chops cooked in green paste made of lots of fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, ginger and green chillies. So delicious and mouthwatering that you will lick your fingers. Ingredients and method: 1. Grind 30 gms fresh coriander leaves with stem, 15 gms mint leaves, 4-5 green chillies, 25 gms ginger, 25 gms garlic, 25 gms fresh turmeric (haldi), half lime juice and half Tspoon sugar and half Tspoon salt to smooth paste. 2. Finely Chopped 250 gms onions. 3. Finely chopped 1 tomato (100 gms). 4. Marinate chops with 1 Tspoon salt, quarter Tspoon turmeric powder (haldi powder), 1 Tspoon red chilli powder, 1 Tspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 Tspoon Dhanya (coriander) powder, 1 Tspoon cumin powder (jeera), 1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi, green paste which we prepared, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, 2 tablespoon curd add 1 tablespoon mustard oil. Mix well and keep the marinated chops aside for 1 hour or more. 5. In a Kadai ( preferably non stick) heat 2 tablespoon mustard oil or any cooking oil. 6. When smokey hot, add a few pieces of cinnamon (dalchini) and 5 cloves (laung). 7. After 1 minute add marinated mutton chops. 8. Sauté for 20 minutes on medium flame. 9. Cover the lid and cook for 60 minutes on low flame or till Mutton is tender. 10. Check periodically at the intervals of 10 minutes. 11. If needed add water according to your liking of consistency. 12. After 60 minutes mutton is tender. If not cook for some more time. 13. Add 1 Tspoon Garam masala powder and cover the lid and simmer for 10 minutes. 14. Hari Bhari Mutton Chops are ready. 15.
