Welcome to Day 1 of the Spartan Shred - 6 Week Transformation Challenge. We begin Day 1 with this muscle building & strength focused full body dumbbell workout that you can perform anywhere with no excuses. In this session we will target every major muscle group throughout your full body. I want you to try and focus within that 8-15 rep range for each exercise. If the weight your lifting is very light bring the intensity and try to push as many controlled reps as you can throughout each movement. It's you against you with each of these workouts. It doesn't matter if your a complete beginner or advanced you will see results with these workouts. Every workout I share is unedited. One take and it’s my entire workout so you will see me struggle for sure!
