Yin Yoga Sequence for Cyclists ⚡️ Yin yoga gives a DEEP STRETCH to tight muscles and is restorative for BETTER RECOVERY. Perfect for cyclists! Yin Yoga is the best kind of yoga for post workout / post ride recovery. Physically this yoga practice will ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, release fascia and improve joint mobility.
