सूखा चीकन: Dry Chicken: This chicken is best as a starter or munching in cocktail parties Ingredients: 1. Chicken pieces. 500 gms 2. Turmeric powder. Half Tspoon 3. Red chilli powder. 1 Tspoon 4. Kashmiri Red chilli powder 1 Tspoon 5. Coriander powder. 1 Tspoon 6. Cumin powder. Half Tspoon 7. Garam masala Powder Half Tspoon 8. Chicken masala powder 1 Tspoon 9. Chicken stock powder. 1 Tspoon (optional) 10. Salt to taste 11. Ginger garlic paste. 2 Tspoon 12. Fried onion. Half cup 13. Mustard oil. 2 Tablespoonful 14. Half lime. 15. Fresh coriander leaves chopped 16. Mint leaves chopped 17. Ghee (clarified butter) 1 tablespoon Method: 1. Soak chicken pieces in salt and vinegar water for 10 minutes. 2. Wash & clean properly 3. Marinate chicken with all ingredients. 4. Keep in fridge for 1 hour or as per your convenience. 5. Heat 1 table spoon Ghee (clarified butter) 6. When melted add marinated chicken 7. Squeeze half lime 8. Sauté for 7-8 minutes until Chicken turns white. 9. If it sticks to bottom, add splash of water. 10. Cover the lid 11. Cook on medium flame until Chicken is tender. 12. Open the lid & Check every 5 minutes. 13. Every time add some water. 14. Repeat this process till Chicken is tender. 15. It will take 30-35 minutes to get chicken tender 16. Simmer for 5 minutes without lid on medium flame. 17. When all water evaporates & ghee floats , turn off the gas. 18.
