Music: https://www.bensound.com/ Ingredients Serves 5 4 Tablespoons Rapeseed oil or Ghee 2 Teaspoons Cumin 1 Sprig of Curry Leaves 8 Cloves of Garlic Chopped 1/2 Inches of Ginger Chopped 2 Onions Finely Chopped 2 Tomatoes Finley Chopped 2 Green Chillies Chopped & De-seeded Boiled Lentils 1/4 Cup Red Lentil 1/2 Cup Moong Lentil 3/4 Cup Pigeon Pea 2 Tea Spoons Turmeric Salt as Required Method of Cooking Start with oil in heavy-based skillet/non-stick pan, heat up oil and carefully drop your whole cumin. As it crackles add a sprig of curry leaves. Now drop your chopped garlic and ginger and fry for 2-3 minutes until raw flavour are gone. Drop your finely chopped onion in pan and fry it for a couple of minutes and add tomatoes. Fry everything until tomatoes are pulpy. Now add your chopped green chillies and salt and cook for 2 minutes and add your boiled mix of lentils and dilute this with splash of water. Adjust the consistency of your daal by adding water.
