This is a 40 minute yoga flow for ease. Part 18 of the Refresh & Restore Series of classes. Offering a light movement refresher for your spine, shoulders, hips and legs. A mellow but satisfying vinyasa practice that aims to rinse tension from your body through nourishing, mindful movement. A great post workout vinyasa practice to ease sore muscles without too much over-effort or anytime you find yourself bunched up - stress, inflammation or from being sedentary. Settle quietly into your practice with an attention to your breath, then move slowly through gentle side bends, twists, forward folds and balances to re-focus your attention back home to your body and breath cultivating a feeling of ease. This practice peaks in a mobility challenge before we land softly on the floor for a final release through the hips and back body. Complete your practice in stillness and quiet with Shavasana.
