One of our campsites was near Pottsville, PA and one of those nights we made Abby's favorite camp oven dish, Chilimac! This is a really simple but delicious one pot meal you can cook in any dutch oven. You can also be creative as you want adding cheese to the pot if you like or other garnishes like tomatoes and onions. We enjoy topping our with cold shredded cheese and scooping it up with corn chips like Fritos scoops.
