Today, we're having burgers again! And this time, we're making them with lamb + beef patties, red onion marmalade, gorgonzola dolce fondue, lemony. arugula and a super special sauce that I just made up! lol This burger is my attempt at the lamb burger from 5Church, which is a restaurant in Charleston, Charlotte and Atlanta. I used to work at the ATL location and really loved the lamb burger -- it's one of their most popular items! Special Sauce: Mix 1/2 C mayo (kewpie is the best), a couple tbsp of Dijon mustard, juice of half a lemon, a few cloves of fresh minced garlic, thyme (tsp if dried, tbsp if fresh), a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and some S+P to taste!
