I spent the day working at my grandpa’s bakery in Japan, a family-run shop that has been around for over 50 years. My uncle manages it now, and my cousins are training to keep the tradition alive. We started at 6 AM and baked three kinds of bread, including the soft and fluffy Japanese milk bread (shokupan). In total, we produced 1,400 orders for the day. On a regular school day, the bakery usually makes 10,000+ orders, since they supply bread for local school lunches in the area. This day-in-the-life vlog shows what it’s really like to work inside a Japanese family bakery, from mixing dough to baking fresh loaves, and the teamwork it takes to keep up with demand. If you’re interested in Japanese food, bakeries, or daily life in Japan, you’ll enjoy this behind-the-scenes look at how traditional bread is made and sold. 👉 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more videos about Japanese food, travel, and culture!
