Chief Ofsted Inspector Amanda Spielman has just announced that all schools and colleges will be inspected at least once by Summer 2025. We know that many institutions are still dealing with the disruption caused by the pandemic and the prospect of having to deal with an Ofsted deep dive visit is daunting. Our speaker Elaine Gelder has experience on both sides of the fence, having worked alongside a multitude of Ofsted inspectors, and also been inspected as a teacher and HoD on many occasions, including deep dives. In this webinar we will: • explore what a deep dive might look like in the secondary setting • provide some tips on how you can prepare for this based on the current framework • look at some possible answers to questions you may be asked.
