Kayak Camping Round Valley Reservoir Day 2. This is Day 2 of our Kayak Camping Trip to Round Valley Reservoir September 24th, - 26th. Friday night was a perfect night for hanging out by the fire and for a good nights sleep. I was up fairly early Saturday morning but could have laid there another hour or so, it was just so relaxing. We had a bright moon and the sky was clear and at one point I thought day was starting to break but it was 4am. I checked on the kayaks then enjoyed a french press coffee. We decided to try our luck at some fishing, then later at camp we processed some more wood for the evening. After the camp chores we relaxed a bit, hiked a bit and started a fire for dinner. "Chicken Fajitas" were on the menu and they did not disappoint. The evening was beautiful and we sat around the fire chatting and snacking on some sausage.
