Follow along as we show you how to make the pastry extra crispy and the filling deliciously spiced. 📍Recipe by: The Cooking Station 🧂 Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts (cut into small cubes) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika powder 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp cumin powder 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp yogurt 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp mayonnaise 3 tbsp oil Fresh coriander (chopped) Puff pastry sheets Mozzarella or cheddar cheese 1 egg (for brushing) Nigella seeds (kalonji) or sesame seeds Flour (for dusting) 🍗 Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix chicken cubes with salt, paprika, coriander, black pepper, cumin, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. 2. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 10–15 minutes until done. Add fresh coriander and let it cool. 3. Sprinkle flour on the surface and roll out puff pastry sheets. 4. Cut into circles, add chicken filling and cheese, cover with another circle, and seal with a fork. 5. Make small slits on top, brush with egg, and sprinkle sesame seeds or nigella seeds (kalonji). 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 10–12 minutes or until golden and flaky. 7.
