Welcome to this gentle 60 minute Yin yoga class. This is a fully seated yoga session - accessible to all ages, all body types, and all levels of experience. Join me for one hour of slow stretching and relaxation. We will complete each move gradually, take our time settling into each pose, to relax parts of the body which hold tension. Minimal exercise equipment required for this full body workout. By holding each pose, you give the body time to stretch and strengthen. Yin yoga brings deeper stretching, improved circulation, easier breathing and calmer thoughts.
