My seated, slow style makes yoga accessible to every body — you don’t need flexibility, strength, or confidence, just a willingness to slow down. Minimal exercise equipment required for this full body workout. By holding each pose, you give the body time to stretch and strengthen. Yin yoga brings deeper stretching, improved circulation, easier breathing and calmer thoughts.
