Today's Suspension Training Workout We’re kicking it off with a full-body TRX workout for today! Make sure to pay particular attention to your technique on the first exercise with narrow squats - keep pushing your feet outwards against the floor constantly up and down to shift the load and tension onto your front leg muscles (quads), and away from your knee joints.
