Fuller Fitness is a mini series, inspired by you, for you to try at home. This week we have our first guest on the show! UK Track star Adam Gemili and we work through a series of sprint drills. Try learning from one of the World's fastest sprinters... You can try these at home, or down at your local park. Working through the A SKIP, B SKIP AND A RUN. I had a blast working on something new and I hope you will to. As you may or may not know , this year I ran my first Marathon, infant I did 2 back to back!
