The June 2023 CTC is a 4 minute Time Trial. Even if you're just doing 4 mins as TT, RowAlong with this video for Warm up, Main TT, Cooldown and Stretching The thing about 4 minutes is getting the pacing right. You're probably looking at around 2K- 3 to 5 - but it can vary wildly, so don't worry if you're much faster or slower than that! As with every TT, try to sprint the end, not the start. And then, if you like, use this as a reference point to do it again. I did this with a 1:48 average while talking, so my next attempt will be 1:45 - and then I'll see if I can go faster on the next.
