Follow along with this 20-minute full-body mobility routine and save it so you can repeat it a few times a week. In my Strength Squad workout app, we keep the same mobility routine for a 4-week cycle before switching to a new one. I’ve found this is one of the best ways to actually notice improvements in mobility because you’re practicing the same movements week to week, building familiarity, and gaining motivation as things start to feel easier and more flexible. This full-body routine moves top-down, starting with: • Upper body & shoulders • Spine & back • Hip openers • Glutes & hamstrings Each stretch is held for 1–2 minutes.
