ROTTERDAM in AUTUMN – BIKING to the CITY [Ep. 73]

We’ve been incredibly lucky with the weather at this time of year. Normally it’s around 10deg during the day, but lately it’s been more like 20. That’s meant we’ve been able to do lots of biking and other outdoor activities. In this video we cycle along the Rotte River into Rotterdam and to the Airpark (Luchtpark) Hofbogen. This is an old railway station (Station Hofplein) that they’ve turned into a public park on the roof, and shops and cafes below. The whole roof is 1.9km long but not all of it is park. The park itself wasn’t that spectacular, potentially due to it being autumn now, but the cycle there along the Rotte was lovely. And the kids got to play on a playground on the way back.
