Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 15–20 minutes. Divide into balls and roll into thin circles. Cook lightly on a hot pan (like roti). Keep aside. 2️⃣ Prepare the vegetable filling Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds. Add onions and sauté 1 minute. Add carrot, cabbage, and capsicum.
