At Property Searches Direct we believe that more should be done to provide more upfront information for buyers to be able to make informed decisions when they want to. After all, why should it be possible for a seller to pass on problems to an unsuspecting buyer who fails to get a detailed enough survey or is not shown their environmental reports or searches until it is all too late? Why should an un motivated seller be given the opportunity to 'try' the market, when they are not serious about selling, wasting everyone's time and money, clogging up pipelines, only to withdraw because they were not that bothered, breaking everyone's hearts in the process?
