In this video, I will show you 5 best ACL post op exercises that can help you recover faster from your ACL surgery. These exercises are designed to improve your knee range of motion, strength, stability, and function. They are suitable for most people who are at least 4 to 6 weeks post op, but always consult with your doctor or physical therapist before starting any exercise program. The 5 exercises are: 0:00 - Background on ACL 1:11 - 1. Pillow push 1:58 - 2. Leg Raising 2:35 - 3. Knee Folding 3:41 - 4. Knee Bend Inside 4:43 - 5.
