'Do you like wild chive, subscribers? Dallae Jang(Wild chive sauce) is the best thing to make with it, right? Wild chive tastes good wrapped with laver, mixed with fried eggs, and even with just plain white rice. Try making this Dallae Jang at home! [Ingredients] About 1/2 cup (110g) of thick soy sauce About 2 cups (80g) of wild chives 3 tbs (21g) of sesame oil 2 or 20g Cheongyang red pepper 1 tbs (20g) of minced garlic 2 tbs (16g) of coarse red pepper powder 1 tbs (12g) of brown sugar About 3 tbs (12g) of sesame seeds [How to cook] 1. Rinse the wild chives, remove the skin, and drain the moisture. 2. Chop them into pieces that are about 1-2cm big. 3. Remove the stem of the Cheongyang red pepper, cut it in half the long way, and chop it into pieces that are 0.3cm big. 4. Pour the wild chives, Cheongyang red pepper, minced garlic, brown sugar, thick soy sauce, and coarse red pepper powder into a deep bowl and mix them. Soy sauce should come up to about 1/2 to 2/3 of the ingredients. If you add too much soy sauce, it will lessen the taste of the juice of the other ingredients. 5. Grind the sesame seeds and pour them into the sauce. Complete by mixing sesame oil. 6. Take just enough to eat and put it in a separate bowl. Put the rest in an airtight container and store it in a refrigerator. You can store it for about 1 week.
