After a fasted Lactate Test on Monday, Friday I did an FTP Ramp test to further inform my journey to fitness and find out just how unfit I am!! It'll help me specify my Sweetspot and Over/Under power for the next 6 weeks of build - and along the way I'll see if my Lactate 1 and 2 are similar to Mondays test. The session is 1 min intervals in 20W jumps from 100W (same as the ramp on Zwift but programmed on my Garmin - because it works and Zwift is too much of a faff...)
