In this 20-minute somatic journey, we focus on the hips and the sacrum—the area of the body where we often store our "freeze" response. When we experience overwhelm, stress, or suppressed emotion, the psoas and pelvic floor can become a storage site for that "stuck" energy. Today, we don't push, and we don't force. Instead, we use a slow, rhythmic 8-count breath and purposeful, gentle movement to invite a "thaw" into the nervous system. This is a space for you to melt away the ice of the past and return to your natural, fluid state. In this 20-minute reset, we explore: Constructive Rest & Supta Baddha Konasana: To settle the sacrum and signal safety to the brain. Figure Four & Low Lunge: To gently address the psoas, our primary "stress muscle." Restorative Pigeon: A deep, supported invitation for emotional release.
