If your weighted pull-ups suddenly feel heavy, you're not alone. This is one of the most common problems in streetlifting and weighted calisthenics training, and it usually isn't a strength issue. In this video I explain why your pull-ups feel strong one day and weak the next, and the three biggest mistakes that limit pull-up strength for streetlifting athletes. Many athletes get stuck on their weighted pull-up PR because they focus on adding more volume instead of fixing the mechanics of the lift. Small technical errors in the dead hang, ribcage position, and shoulder sequencing can drastically reduce force output and make the same weight feel much heavier from one session to the next. 📩 Want help with programming + performance rehab for Streetlifting (MU / pull-up / dip / squat)? 🔗 Join the 1:1 Online Coaching Waitlist for April 2026 https://form.typeform.com/to/Ssr33k6f 📸 Instagram: / coachlois_ 📩 Newsletter: https://shorturl.at/dvgy7 👨🏼🎓 Streetlifting Academy™: https://www.skool.com/streetlifting-a... #weightedcalisthenics #streetlifting #pullups #weightedpullups #calisthenicstraining #bodyweightworkout #calisthenics #muscleups #weighteddips
