ROAD TO 400HP - Turbo Subaru BRZ/FRS/GT86 - Part 3 of 6 (Moto-East Flex Fuel Kit Install) Installing this flex fuel kit is pretty straight forward and simple. It is basically a plug N play kit that doesn't take too much hassle at all. Running a flex-fuel kit ensures that your ECU is able to adapt to the ethanol content in your tank. This increases reliability because it is able to change variables such as fueling and timing. Instagram: @BRZSer ~~~Steps / Check List~~~ Take the fuel disconnect tool and plug it into the fuel line that is being removed Once the tool is fully inserted, pull the line and should disconnect (be sure to catch the fuel in the line) Connect the lines accordingly Zip tie the flex fuel kit onto the abs lines Start the car and check for leaks Secure the Zetronix box module and place it in a safe place (the module does not seem to be waterproof, but it will be fine in the engine bay according to my research) Plugin the o2 harness on the Zetronix box and run it through the engine bay and connect it to the secondary o2 sensor (black connector). Secure the secondary O2 sensor wire and keep it safe Inside the car, route the end of the gauge connector into the firewall Pull the connector from the engine bay and plug it in the Zetronix box module.
