घर पर आसानी से और स्वादिष्ट कबाब कैसे बनाएं| How to make easy and tasty kebabs at home 🥬 Palak Paneer Kabab Recipe Ingredients: • 200g spinach (palak), blanched & finely chopped • 200 g Sweet potatoes • 100g grated paneer • 2 tbsp makkai flour or besan (gram flour) • 1 tbsp cornflour • 1 tbsp bread crumbs • 2 onions finely chopped • 1 tsp coriander powder • 1 tsp cumin powder • 1 tsp redchili powder • 1 tsp chaat masala • Salt to taste • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 2 tbsp chopped coriander • Oil for shallow fry / air fry Method: 1. Boil spinach for 2 minutes, strain and squeeze extra water. Chop finely. 2. Put a sweet potatoes in pressure cooker and take 2-3 whistles in medium flame. 3. In a bowl add spinach, boiled and grated sweet potatoes , all dry spices (red chilli, coriander powder, chat masala,salt to taste and cumin powder) onions, chopped coriander and bread crumbs . 4. Mix well and make a soft dough. 5. Take a small bowl add grated paneer redchili powder,cumin powder and salt to taste. 6. Mix well and make small round balls. 7. Shape into kababs (round or long)and filled with paneer balls . 8. Heat a pan with little oil and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides. OR bake/air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes.
