On July 21st, I made the decision to give up alcohol; at the time, I didn't set a goal for how long. I was 217 lbs when I made this decision, and I was unhealthier and less confident than I had ever been. That decision led me to do 75 Hard, which has since changed my relationship with my diet and exercise. It's also made me a reader, helped me become more consistent with social media and take it more seriously, and so much more. I'm not perfect, and I'm not yet where I want to be, but I am continuously working towards my goals. In addition to posting my weight loss journey on social media, I work a 9-5 corporate job (now an 8-5). Since I started my job over four years ago, I have been on a hybrid schedule, working three days in the office and two days at home. I currently live further away from the city, and on days I am in the office, I commute over three hours in total. Starting October 1st, my team is moving to five days in the office. During the remaining time I have with a hybrid schedule, I decided I wanted to do 75 Hard again so I can really focus in on my health. I figured I might as well do it again now while I have the time!
