Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Six Gun spice on both sides. 2. Cook the Chicken: Heat cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from pot and set aside to rest. Once cooled, dice the chicken. 3. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same pot, add a little more oil if needed. Add diced carrots, onion, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Build it up: Pour in the chicken broth (I only had beef, so you can use any broth you have). Bring to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 6-8 minutes) until tender. 5. Combine and Finish: Add the diced chicken back into the pot. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or more Six Gun spice if desired. 6. Serve: Ladle it into bowls. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
