The road to *Yibin* was proving to be one of the most challenging stretches of my journey. The snow was relentless, covering the landscape in a thick, icy blanket. My clothes were soaked, and the cold bit into my skin as I pedaled through the winter wonderland. But even in the midst of the harsh weather, the kindness of strangers continued to shine through. At one point, I stopped to take a break, shivering and exhausted. A homeowner noticed me and, without hesitation, invited me into his home. He took care of me, offering warmth and shelter from the snow. His generosity was a much-needed respite, and I felt a deep sense of gratitude as I dried off and regained my strength. Refreshed, I continued my ride, but the snow soon forced me to stop again. This time, a group of students approached me. They were curious about my journey and asked me endless questions about my travels. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and their kindness was overwhelming. They shared what little they had with me—**rice, eggs, and other food**—making sure I had enough to keep going. Before we parted ways, they insisted on taking a photo with me, a memory of our brief but meaningful encounter. As the day turned to night, I reached *Wangchangxiang**, a small town where I hoped to find shelter. I went to the police station, and once again, the police were there to help. They arranged for me to stay in a hotel, and while I had to pay **40 yuan* for the accommodation, they generously contributed *10 yuan* to help cover the cost. It was a small gesture, but it meant the world to me. That night, as I lay in the warmth of the hotel room, I reflected on the day. Despite the snow, the cold, and the challenges, it had been a **great day**. The kindness of the homeowner, the students, and the police had reminded me of the beauty of human connection. Traveling in such conditions is never easy, but it’s in these moments of hardship that you truly appreciate the goodness in people. Each act of kindness, no matter how small, becomes a beacon of hope, guiding you forward. As I drifted off to sleep, I felt a renewed sense of determination. The road to Yibin was still ahead, but with each passing day, I was reminded that I wasn’t alone on this journey. follow here https://www.instagram.com/nomad_shara...
