You know this very well and I have mentioned in my videos that kidney disease has become very common due to diabetes. Some people who are diabetic get kidney disease in a few years due to uncontrolled diabetes. The biggest disease is chronic renal failure. In which the kidneys gradually stop working and eventually the kidneys fail which is called kidney failure and then such a patient is treated with dialysis or kidney transplant. Today I will tell you the test, after which you can find out about the health of your kidneys and God forbid if your kidneys are going to be weak or there is going to be some kind of abnormality in its function. Due to uncontrolled diabetes, you can find out in time, and then with the advice of your doctor, you can return the disease and make it perfectly normal. The test I am going to tell you is called Urine Microalbumin, this test is a small urine test. The person, who can give any untimely by going to the laboratory, I advise my patients to get this test done twice a year. The guidelines state that a diabetic should be screened at least once a year for kidney screening. Let man know. Let the doctor know how the patient's kidneys are working. Urine Microalbumin is very simple. At some point, you should get a prescription from your doctor and go to the laboratory and give your urine sample. When the result is this, there are three things in it. If the value of the Urine Microalbumin test is below 30 mg, it means that your kidneys are working properly. This is a normal value and if it ranges from 30mg to 300mg, it means that you are getting early kidney disease. It means that your kidneys are getting sick due to uncontrolled diabetes. Their functions are now decreasing. This is the time when you should see your doctor without wasting your time so that it can be treated in time. If the value of the Urine Microalbumin test is above 300mg, it means that you have become an advanced kidney patient. And this is the stage after which human kidneys fail. And the only cure is dialysis and transplant. If you are a patient with Type 1 or Type 2 Mellitus, you must have a Urine Microalbumin test twice a year, so that you can find out about your kidney health in time and treat it.
