But when we balance our emotions, they become powerful allies, ready to serve us for the manifestation of our desires, and ready to give us energy and enthusiasm to reach any place that we really desire to reach. Your emotions are a faithful guide, which always tells you if the direction in which you are moving in your life it’s aligned with who you really are. Every time you feel well-being, joy, enthusiasm, it means that you are moving closer to your true self. Every time you experience frustration, pessimism, sadness, it means that you are moving away from it. It really is this simple, and the emotional guiding system in every moment tells you if you are aligned or not. This does not mean that you don’t have to feel the so-called negative emotions. As a matter of fact emotions are just a stream of energy, and that stream it’s composed by infinite shades. It’s not useful to try to pass from a strong negative emotion to a strong positive emotion, most of the times this leap is just too long. For instance passing from frustration to joy is a too long emotional leap, but you can instead follow the direction of the energy stream passing from a negative emotion to a slightly less negative emotion, and so on and so forth until you reach an emotion which is slightly positive for you.
