High Protein Aloo Soya Nutri Recipe | Healthy Veg Soya Chunks Curry In this video, I am sharing how to make a High Protein Aloo Soya Nutri Recipe using soya chunks and potatoes. This is a healthy, tasty, and easy vegetarian curry that is perfect for lunch or dinner. Soya chunks are rich in protein, and when cooked with simple Indian spices, they make a nutritious and satisfying meal. This recipe is ideal for anyone looking for high-protein vegetarian food, healthy Indian recipes, or easy home cooking ideas. 🥣 STEP 1: SOAKING SOYA CHUNKS First, take a bowl of soya chunks. You can also use soybean granules if you like. Add hot water and salt as per taste. Cover it and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, squeeze out all the excess water from the soya chunks. Now lightly chop them in a chopper. Make sure not to grind them too finely. Transfer the chopped soya chunks into a mixing bowl. 🥔 STEP 2: PREPARING THE SOYA MIXTURE Now add to the bowl: One boiled potato Half chopped onion Chopped garlic and green chilli Salt as per taste ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon crushed red chilli ½ teaspoon asafoetida (hing) 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Mix everything very well. Now add 2 tablespoons of curd (yogurt) and mix again properly. Cover the mixture and let it marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. 🍅 STEP 3: PREPARING THE GRAVY Meanwhile, prepare the gravy. Blend 2 tomatoes and ginger into a smooth paste. Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add: Curry leaves 4 to 5 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon turmeric powder A little red chilli powder A pinch of asafoetida Sauté everything for 1 to 2 minutes. Now add the prepared tomato-ginger paste. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of water, cover the pan, and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. 🍲 STEP 4: COOKING THE SOYA CURRY After 10 minutes, check the gravy. Now add the marinated soya mixture into it. Mix everything gently and evenly. Add half a glass of water, cover the pan, and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. ✅ FINAL RESULT After 15 minutes, our Aloo Soya Nutri is completely ready. It looks delicious, tastes amazing, and is packed with nutrition.
