Kadhai me mustard oil garam karke machhli ko halka fry kar ke nikaal lein. Usi tel me pyaz dal kar golden brown hone tak bhunein. Adrak-lahsun paste + tamatar paste dal kar oil chhodne tak bhunein. Sare masale dal kar bhunein. Gobhi + matar dal kar 2–3 min bhunein. Thoda pani dal kar dhak kar 7–10 min pakayein. Ab fried machhli dal kar halke haath se mix karein. 5 min dum par rakhen.
